SPORTS PHYSICALSAll student athletes must have a EGHS “Blue Packet” completed before they participate in any summer conditioning or training program that is being offered at EGHS. The packets containing the FHSAA EL 2 & 3 along with other mandatory information will be officially available in the EG front office starting June 1st. Physicals must be dated after June 1 to be valid for the 2011-12 school year. Students can get their physical completed by a family doctor, nurse practitioner, walk in clinic, or chiroprator. Remember Brevard Health Dept physicals are not allowed. There will NOT be a school function this year, as there has been the past couple years, where all high school athletes can report to a specific office during a specified time period to get their physical. NEW POLICY - ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN TO COACH OAS IN THE FRONT OFFICE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING WITH ANY TEAM AT EGHS! 2011-12 Ticket Prices Varsity Football - TBD (ALL tickets) All other sports - TBD (adults) and TBD (students) |

Athletic Eligibility
1. First semester 9th graders must be regularly promoted from the 9th grade; administratively placed students are not eligible.
2. Second semester 9th graders must have a cumulative 2.0 state GPA
3. All 10th 11th and 12th graders must have a cumulative 2.0 state GPA (2.0 on a 4.0 scale.)

Please pick up the required athletic forms from your respective Coach or the Athletic Director, Coach Oas after June 1, 2011.
